We offer free, no-hassle consultations, in person or over the phone. Depending on the nature of the request, our legal experts can first (with your approval) verify if it is within the scope of its permissible purpose, as defined by state and / or federal laws or regulations. Subject to carrier approval, qualifying clients will also have the option of becoming an additional named insured under our umbrella.

Procedure

Prior to our retainment, private parties will execute a service contract, including a standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA); of which, will effectivley terminate at the moment of file closure. Formal retainment (w/ assigned case number) is issued electronically, in the form of your case acknowledgement receipt.

Reporting

Unless directed otherwise, we furnish our clients a First Report no later than ten (10) days from the commencement of any investigation. This is followed by a Status Report every thirty (30) days, or sooner, until case closure. Reports and photographs are sent electronically via PDF format. Video / audio via MP4 / MP3 formats accordingly.

Billing

Law firms and insurance carriers are billed on a monthly basis. Private parties biweekly; with options for discreet billing and payment plans. Invoices are to be paid upon receipt. Please call for a discussion of our rates.
